Tallgrass AI is operated by Tallgrass Solutions LLC, 2108 N St #4374, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA . We provide “Decision Science as a Service” through the Revlogix SaaS platform, which delivers AI-driven analytics across product lifecycles .
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally capable of forming a contract.
The Site lets users:
Explore Revlogix product pages, use-case libraries and blog content
Request demos, transfer large data files for proofs-of-concept, and contact our engineers .
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of any breach immediately.
All content, trademarks and software on the Site are owned by Tallgrass Solutions LLC or its licensors. Except for limited viewing rights, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works.
When you upload data (e.g., via the file-transfer form) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the requested service. You represent you have the right to upload it.
You will not: reverse-engineer the platform; infringe IP rights; introduce malware; scrape the Site; or use it to break any law.
External links—including partner announcements such as the new Wyoming AI data-centre campus —are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for their content.
Unless a separate licence or subscription agreement states otherwise, browsing the public Site is free. Any paid services will be presented with their own billing terms.
All non-public information exchanged under an NDA or proof-of-concept agreement remains confidential per those documents.

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of analytics, or future performance gains.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento County unless you opt out within 30 days of first acceptance.
